Author Biography:
Julian Heath was born in Liverpool and was educated at Liverpool University, where he studied Archaeology. It was here that his ongoing fascination with life in prehistoric Britain was founded and he has a particular interest in the prehistoric archaeology of north-western Wales.
He has previously written Ancient Echoes (Gwasg Carreg Gwalch, 2006), Warfare in Prehistoric Britain (Amberley, 2009) and Sacred Circles (Llygad Gwalch, 2011).

The author brings to life people who lived so long ago, and also employs new data and new scientific research in his highlighting of Wales’ internationally important sites.
