All the walks inside this guide are ones that can be undertaken from one of the Heritage Railways of Snowdonia. Dealing only with the trains operating within the National Park these walks visit some of the most impressive scenery in Wales. There are walks to suit everyone, from little strolls of less than ½ mile (0.8 km) to big mountain days of 6¼ miles (10 km) or even a river and coastal walk of 7½ miles (12 km).
